Client Support
We know that some client requirements may be less easy to specify than our menu options allow for. For this reason, we offer ‘Client Support’ charged for by time rather than assessment content.

The Booking
They call 01525 720011 and discuss their requirements. An associate is identified and calls Finance Partners & Co to discuss their needs in depth. It is agreed that a visit to Finance Partners for an initial meeting with the respondents and to refine assessment strategy with HR staff is required. This would be followed by a second visit to administer, feedback and report to HR staff. It is decided that the necessary work will require one and a half days ‘Client Support’ time. The charge will be £400 to cover the initial visit, and £600 for assessment, feedback and reporting.

Delivery & Administration
On confirmation the central booking desk issues an invoice for payment by Finance Partners & Co as agreed. All administration is simplified for Finance Partners & Co.

The Need
Finance Partners & Co want to recruit a new Business manager. They decide to use a one day assessment centre model to select the right candidate. They realise they will need support from an experienced test user to set up and run some of the day.
